EKITI NUP EXTENDS NEW YEAR MESSAGE TO PENSIONERS SAYS BETTER DAYS AHEAD

… appreciates Governor Oyebanji for intention to make life better for pensioners

The leadership of the Nigeria Union of Pensioners , Ekiti State Council has congratulated members of the union across the state for the grace of God that sustained their lives to witness another year despite the challenges of 2022.

This is contained in a statement by Chairman of the Union, Comrade Joel Akinola and the Secretary, Comrade Azeez Agbaje.

Comrade Akinola and Comrade Agbaje prayed God to grant pensioners good health and better achievements in 2023 just as they urged them to keep hope alive.

According to them, there is hope that all their benefits will be attended to by the present government in 2023.

While also congratulating the Governor of Ekiti State Mr. Biodun Oyebanji for the New Year, the NUP leaders appreciated him for his good intentions to defray the outstanding benefits of pensioners and make life better for them.

They prayed God to grant him the wisdom and political will to achieve his dream of making life better for pensioners in the state.

Comrade Akinola and Comrade Agbaje called on pensioners to continue to pray for the Governor and leadership of the union, saying that they will soon smile.
