The President Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees, NULGE, Ekiti State, Comrade Oluseyi Olatunde has appreciated Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji over the appointment of two members of the union, Mr Foluso Akinwumi and Mr Rotimi Akomolede as permanent secretaries.
In a statement made available to newsmen in Ado Ekiti, Comrade Olatunde described the appointment of the duo as another morale booster for council workers.
He commended the Governor for rewarding hard work and giving workers opportunity to get to the peak of their careers saying such step would in turn encourage workers to deliver optimally.
The NULGE President congratulated the new Permanent Secretaries for the elevation and urged them to use the office to promote quality service delivery and support for government policies and programmes.
He noted that council workers have benefited immensely from the government of Governor Oyebanji, hence, all members are ready to support the political ambition of the Governor.
