EKITI NULGE CONGRATULATES TOBA OJO ON APPOINTMENT AS PERMANENT SECRETARY LGSC

…appreciates Governor Oyebanji for confidence reposed in her

The leadership of the Nigeria Union of Local Government Employee, NULGE, Ekiti State has expressed delight over the appointment of Mrs Toba Selinah Ojo as the new Permanent Secretary of the Ekiti State Local Government Service Commission by Governor Biodun Oyebanji.

In a statement made available to newsmen in Ado Ekiti, NULGE president, Comrade Oluseyi Olatunde and the State Publicity Secretary, Comrade Yinkafemi Monsurat Oladipupo congratulated the new PS for the elevation with a prayer to God to give her the wisdom, knowledge and understanding to justify the confidence reposed in her.

According to them, the appointment of Mrs Ojo was received with joy by members of the union considering her track records and outstanding services over the years.

The statement reads:”From our knowledge about the personality of our dear Mrs Toba Selinah Ojo and from her track records in service, no one is surprised at her choice as the one taking over from Mr E. B. Jegede, as Mrs Toba Selinah Ojo is eminently qualified’.

“Mrs Toba Selinah Ojo is thoroughbred and astute administrator with outstanding records at the Ekiti State Local Government Service and we are confident that Ekiti State Local Government Service Commission will become a model, and a reference point for other states in the country under her.

‘I am strongly convinced that the good legacies left behind by the out-gone Permanent Secretary will be improved upon under Mrs Toba Selinah Ojo.

The union leaders equally appreciated the Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji for considering Mrs Ojo for the exalted position, adding that her elevation would serve as a morale booster for workers in the council.

They pledged the support of the union for the Governor towards achieving his dream of making Ekiti a pride of place.
