Ekiti NULGE Congratulates Oyebanji on Swearing-in as Governor

…says better days ahead for council workers

The Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees, NULGE, Ekiti State has rejoiced with the new  Governor of Ekiti State, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji and his Deputy, Mrs Monisade Afuye on their swearing in ceremony.

In a statement in Ado-Ekiti, the NULGE President in Ekiti State, Comrade Oluseyi Olatunde thanked God on behalf of the new Governor and his Deputy for the great feat attained.

Comrade Olatunde expressed optimism that the new Governor would prioritise the welfare of the people of Ekiti state, especially the local government workers who are major stakeholders in grassroots development.

The Ekiti NULGE President urged Mr Oyebanji to build on the achievements and successes recorded by his predecessor Dr Kayode Fayemi with a promise that council workers would give him the needed support.

Comrade Olatunde however congratulated Governor Fayemi for the successful completion of his administration, wishing him well in his future endeavors.
