EKITI NULGE COMMENDS APPOINTMENT OF BAMIDELE AGBEDE AS REC

The State Adminstrative Council, SAC, and State Executive Council, SEC, of the Nigeria Union of Local Government Employee, NULGE, Ekiti State have rejoiced with the immediate past Head of Service of Ekiti State, Mr. Bamidele Agbede over his appointment into the Service of the Independent Electoral Commission, INEC.

Mr. Agbede was appointed by President Bola Tinubu as the Resident Electoral Commissioner and deployed to Ekiti INEC office.

In a statement in Ado Ekiti, the NULGE president affirmed that all council workers received the news of his appointment with joy considering his impact while serving as HOS in Ekiti.

Olatunde wished the new REC all the best hoping that he would translate his wealth of experience to make the Nigeria Electoral System better.

He prayed God to grant him good heath so as to be able to discharge his duty optimally.

Olatunde noted that Ekiti Council workers would be available at anytime to offer him the needed support to succeed in the new task.
