Ekiti NULGE Celebrates Oyebanji, Promises to Support his Administration

The Leadership of the Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees NULGE, Ekiti State has congratulated the Ekiti State Governor-Elect, Hon. Biodun Oyebanji over his landslide victory at the poll.

This is contained in a statement by SAC and SEC of the union and signed personally by the president, Comrade Oluseyi Olatunde.

The statement reads: “On behalf of the State Executive Council of Our union (NULGE ) I wish to offer our warm congratulations to your Excellency on your victory at the gubernatorial election held in Ekiti State on Saturday, 18th June, 2022.

“It is certainly a reward your Excellency deserved.We cannot think of anyone else that contested the coveted position with your Excellency who truly deserve to occupy the exalted office.

“This is the reason we the council workers and good people of Ekiti have gave you our votes overwhelmingly

“We had taken into consideration your verse experience in the course of your Excellency’s previous services in the various administrations in the state over the years, we have recognised your Excellency as our best choice.

“I therefore want to use this opportunity to pledge our readiness not only to develop a closer relationship with your anticipated administration but also to concert our efforts towards the continued implementations of the amazing democratic dividends that is synonymous with your party.

Olatunde pledged the continued commitment and support of council workers towards the administration of the incoming governor.

He continued “Our union will be ready to join Your Excellency to explore other new ways to ensure the proper coordinations of our members to identify other joint priorities.

I wish your administration amazing success as you look forward to assume the mandate of authority in the state come October16, 2022.
