Ekiti NLC Congratulates EKSUTH CMD Over Reappointment, Lauds Oyebanji

The leadership of the Nigeria Labour Congress NLC, Ekiti State Chapter, has congratulated the newly reappointed Chief Medical Director, CMD, of Ekiti State University Teaching Hospital EKSUTH, Dr. Kayode Olabanji for second term in office.

Speaking with newsmen on telephone, the Chairman of NLC in Ekiti State, Comrade Olatunde Kolapo described the reappointment of Dr Olabanji by Governor Biodun Oyebanji as a welcome development and wishes of the staff of the hospital.

Comrade Kolapo explained that the exceptional performances of the CMD earned him a second term in office.

The NLC Chairman noted that Dr Olabanji was committed to the welfare of workers and health of the patients, saying this was some of the reasons why he was received amidst joy and jubilation by members and union leaders in the hospital.

He charged him to justify the confidence reposed in him by the governor and EKSUTH workers by building on his previous achievements.

Comrade Kolapo, therefore commended Governor Biodun Oyebanji for deeming it fit to reappoint the CMD for second term in office.

He described His Excellency Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji as a workers’ friendly governor and promised the support of NLC leadership for him to succeed.
