Engages Youth Leaders Across the State

As the Ekiti State governoship election draws nearer, the BAO Youth Mobilization Team on Wednesday engaged youth leaders from all strata on the need to own the Biodun Oyebanji project and work for its success.

At a meeting held in Ado Ekiti, the youth leaders were equipped with what they stand to benefit if Hon. Oyebanji becomes the governor of the state.

Roundoffnews gathered that the programme was organised by Youth and Students Mobilisation Team, BAO campaign organisation.

Addressing the gathering, the Director of Youth and Students Mobilisation Team, Olalekan Ijidale stated that the administration of BAO was ready to give better sense of belonging to youths..

According to him, youths would play prominent roles in the Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji’s administration and all their past agitation would be addressed within the shortest time if the economy of state improves.

Ijidale urged the youths to embrace continuity in Ekiti, stating that it’s high time for Ekiti to be independent and enjoy great benefits such as job creation for the citizens, economic development, improved security and conducive environment that would encourage entrepreneurship and small scale industries.

He hereby solicited the support of the youths for the candidate of APC and assured them of continuous engagements as and when due so as to jointly run an effective government.

Also speaking, the co-chairperson of the team, Mrs Adenike Fasuyi encouraged the youth to support Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji with a promise that he would surely prioritise welfare of youths in his government

Other member of the team solicited for continuity in the State.

The leadership of the youths structures that cut across all the 16LGAs in Ekiti state, who were well represented expressed their grievances but also promise to work for BAO.

They pleaded for inclusion in governance as promised if Oyebanji emerges.
