CP Ogundare Hosts Ekiti Journalists, Reinstates Commitment Towards Maximum Security

The Commissioner of Police in Ekiti State, Ogundare on Thursday hosted Journalists across the state during the Police Military Emergency Service Support (MESS) gathering in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital.

While playing host to the fourth estate of the realm, Ogundare reinstated the command’s commitment towards fighting crime and providing adequate security in the state.

MESS is a gathering of Police personnel where they dine recreate and engage in social activities.

At the programme which was attended by management team and Senior police officers across the state, CP Ogundare noted that the force would continually put in more efforts to combat crimes in the state.

He also commended the leadership of NUJ for building good relationship and collaboration with the command saying the partnership had yielded positive results.

In his response, the Chairman, Nigeria Union of Journalist,(NUJ), Ekiti State Council, Kayode Babatuyi, appreciated the CP for the honour and exuded confidence in the commitment of his members towards projecting the command in good light to the world
