….Meets Ekiti Head of Service to Strategize on Achieving Tasks Ahead
The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management CIPM, Ekiti State Branch has elected new executive committee members that will pilot the affairs of the institute for another one year.
The new executives emerged during the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the institute which was held in Ado Ekiti.
The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management CIPM, is a professional institute in Nigeria that specialises in human resource management and regulations of practitioners to ensure effective compliance with operational guidelines.
During the AGM, Mr. B.A Ariyo (ACIPM) emerged as Chairman, Mr. Gbenga Emiloju (ACIPM) was elected as Vice Chairman, Mrs. Adesola Adetayo (ACIPM) won the seat of the General Secretary while Dr. Olumide Gbenga Dada (ACIPM) clinched the position of PRO/Assistant Secretary.
Other elected officers are, Mr. Steve Ogunlade (ACIPM) Financial Secretary, Mrs. Bukola Isijola (ACIPM) Treasurer, Mr. Segun Adebayo (ACIPM), Ex-Officio, and Mrs. Sola Gbenga-Igotun (MCIPM), P.S Ministry of Health and Human Services as the immediate past Chairperson.
Addressing the gathering, the Vice President of the institute, Mrs. Chidinma Obiejesi, FCIPM commended the Ekiti Branch for leading by positive examples and urged the new officers to justify the confidence reposed in them.
The oath of office was administered on the officers by the South-West Zonal Coordinator of the institute, Mr. Adesola Ajibola who encouraged the new officers not to relent on their efforts in ensuring that the Institute continues to make progress in Ekiti State.
Meanwhile, the new executive members paid a courtesy visit to the Head of Service of Ekiti State Dr. Olufolake Olomojobi shortly after the AGM where they both agreed to form a strong synergy towards improving the capacity of the Ekiti workforce for effective service delivery and productivity.
Other members on the entourage of the newly elected exco members are Dr. Oyeyemi Kayode-Ojo (MCIPM), P.S Cabinet and Special Service, Mrs. Foluso Adelegan (MCIPM), the Director of Administration FMC Ido, and Mrs. Bunmi Awokoya (ACIPM) from Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti
