Buses Arrives Sudan to Evacuate Nigerian Students to Egypt Before Airlifting – Dabiri-Erewa

The Chairperson of Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, Abike Dabiri-Erewa, has revealed that buses have arrived in Sudan to evacuate stranded Nigerian students to Egypt before airlifting them to Nigeria.

She revealed this today via her official Twitter handle, @abikedabiri noting that more buses are arriving, although there were some logistics delays but all are now sorted by National Emergency Management Agency NEMA and the Nigeria Mission in Sudan.

This is coming after the Director General (DG), of NEMA Mustapha Habib Ahmed, met the Nigerian Ambassador to Egypt Amb Nura Rimi in preparation for the evacuation by airlift, this is obtained from the official Twitter handle of the Agency, @nemannigeria.
