…instigates questions of who becomes First Lady

Following the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, declaration of the All Progressive Congress, APC, Gubernatorial Candidate in Benue State, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia as the governor elect, questions have flooded the Internet as to who becomes the First Lady.
Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia who had a vote margin of 251,020 against the People Democratic Party, PDP, Candidate Tony Cole was declared winner yesterday at the INEC State Collation Centre, Makurdi.
Meanwhile, some Nigerians have taken to their social media handles to echo these questions; knowing that Roman Catholic priests are celibate.
According to a Facebook user Shon Ephraim Terkimbi who asked “is there an office for the First Lady?”
Ifeanyi22 wrote that, “First lady is not a must, in fact, I think the office of the first lady is not constitutional, however, it is just an informal office to give the wives of Executives the chances to support their husbands in nations building.”
Another user, @auduphilipjr said the office of the First Lady “isn’t compulsory”.
Also, Ina Sunday had that “there mustn’t be a first lady”.
Although, @FadigaAchema said “the wife of the Deputy Governor will become the first lady”.
