The DG Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji Campaign Organization, Cyril Fasuyi has been declared as the candidate of the All Progressives Congress for the Ekiti North Senatorial Seat.
Cyril Fasuyi defeated the incumbent Senator, Olubunmi Adetumbi to clinch the ticket at the primary election held in Ifaki Ekiti.
According to the electoral officers led by Hon Segun Dipe, total number of expected voters were 280 but 270 vote was cast.
Out of the votes, Cyril Fasuyi scored 111, the incumbent senator Olubunmi Adetumbi scored, 85 while Olusegun Osikolu scored 47
Chief Ajibulu scored 13.
The election was held amidst tight security.
