1.Mr Agbede was born on March 27, 1965 to the Agbede family in Ikole Local Government Area of Ekiti State.
2:He is an alumnus of Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti (formerly Ondo State University), with degrees in History (1987) and Law (2001). He graduated from the Nigeria Law School in 2006.
3: Prior to his appointment as HOS, Agbede had served as Permanent Secretary, Political and Economic Affairs (December, Ctober, – 2014), Government House and Protocol (October, 2014 – October, 2017), and Ministry of Works and Transportation (October, 2017 2022).
4: Agbede started his career as a Personnel Officer with the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Ondo State in 1988. He was on secondment to Ekiti State Independent Electoral Commission (EKSIEC) in 2000.
5:He was Secretary, Ekiti State Transition Committee (October 2014); Member, Committee on Creation of Local Governments in Ekiti State (2014); Member, College of Education Governing Council, Ikere-Ekiti (2013-2014)
6:He is the ninth substative Head of Service (HOS) since the creation of Ekiti State in 1996.
