Some residents of Iyin Ekiti have cried out to the state authorities seeking for help over what they described as alleged rustling of their goats by some palace boys.
According to them the incident started last year but they were afraid of coming out so as not to be attacked.
However, the people were able to summon courage following the current feud between the monarch and government over different issues.
The monarch Oba Ajakaiye couldn’t be reached via all means possible but one of his executive members, the Oyisogan of Iyin Ekiti, High Chief Omodara denied the allegations describing it as false.
According to him, nothing of such happened in Iyin Ekiti.
