The Chairman of the Medical and Dental Consultants’ Association of Nigeria (MDCAN), Ekiti State University Teaching Hospital, EKSUTH Ado-Ekiti Chapter, Professor Adeniran Samuel Atiba has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Governor of Ekiti State, Mr Biodun Oyebanji over his recognition with two separate awards over the weekend.
Governor Oyebanji, on Friday received the Vanguard Newspapers’ Personality of the Year (Good Governance) Award, and Energy Times Magazine’s Energy Governor of the Year Award at two separate events held in Lagos.
In a statement in Ado Ekiti, Prof. Adeniran Samuel Atiba described the awards as deserving considering the various impactful policies and programmes of the Governor in all sector of the economy particularly health and education.
According to him, Governor Oyebanji has displayed an uncommon leadership character since he assumed office adding that such positive attitudes were responsible for the current industrial harmony in the state.
He prayed God to continue to give the Governor the wisdom and strength to continue to deliver on his promises which are geared towards shared prosperity and economic growth.
The MDCAN Chairman reiterated the commitment of the Association towards assisting the Governor to achieve his foresight of better access to health care services by the public.
