Due to her contributions to development of women in Ekiti State, the Voice of Widows has presented an Award of Excellence to the People’s Democratic Party PDP women leader in Ekiti State, Chief Sade Akirinmola.
The award was presented to her during a programme organized to educate widows and persons with disabilities and as well educate them on how to cast their ballot.
Presenting the award to Chief Akirinmola on behalf of Voice of Windows, the publicity Secretary of PDP, South West, Chief Sanya Atofarati said the recognition was due to her outstanding impact and efforts at uniting women of the party.
Chief Atofarati charged her to continue in such direction, saying the world is taking note of her rare virtues.
In a remark, Chief Akirinmola appreciated Voice of the Widows for
the recognition, saying she would
continue working toward the victory and success of PDP in Ekiti State.
She urged residents of the state to go out in their large numbers to vote for all the PDP candidates during the elections.
