It was a moment of jubilation in every quarter of Ekiti state on Monday as Governor Biodun Oyebanji paid the arrears of one month salarie owed workers by his predecessor.
In one of the footage obtained by our correspondent, the teachers were seen dancing and singing praises of the Governor.
