…seeks support for him during APC primary

The Coordinator of Anti-Grazing in Ekiti State, Chief Adeniyi Adedipe known as Apase has commended Governor Biodun Oyebanji and his wife for their contributions to the success of this year’s Udiroko festival.

Speaking at a program in Ado Ekiti organized to host members of his family and others on behalf of the festival wife of Ekiti State Governor, Dr Olayemi Oyebanji, Apase praised the Governor’s efforts, saying his contributions have enhanced the festival’s success and described him as a promise keeper.

Apase, who is a younger brother to the Governor’s wife, also commended Oyebanji’s performance in constructing state-owned roads and expressed optimism that federal roads linking the state would soon be completed.

He sought the support of APC members for the Governor during the forthcoming primary election, stating that Oyebanji’s re-election would ensure more developmental projects.

During the Udiroko celebration, Apase, who holds the title of Olori Ebi of his dynasty, led others in paying homage to the Ewi of Ado Ekiti, Oba Adeyemo Adejugbe as part of the festival’s customs.

Those who attended the celebration with Apase praised Governor Oyebanji’s leadership style, saying he deserves a second term and encouraging other political appointees to emulate Apase’s commitment to giving back to the people.
