Property worth millions of Naira have been razed by fire at the popular sawmill behind Afe Babalola Civic Centre, Opopogboro, Adebayo, Ado Ekiti.
Aside the planks that were burnt to ashes, various machines and plants used for operations were destroyed by the fire.
Some of the affected traders and operators working at the sawmill confirmed to Roundoffnews.com that they were contacted at midnight around 1am that the sawmill was on fire.
According to them, on getting to the sawmill, the whole place was covered by smoke hence they were helpless..
