During the a day mission at Oraye in Ise-Ekiti, over 500 patients were attended to, each with their own unique stories and challenges. Amidst the array of cases, several experiences left a lasting impression.
An elderly woman with 280/120 blood pressure was seen, however, the team was able to stabilize her.
Babies and Adults with Malaria were treated with Artemeter Lumefatrine.
Adults and Children with eye problems were treated and given glasses.
Some of the over 500 beneficiaries got a mini pack of raw rice, while the aged went home with Ankara Fabrics.
Mr. Taiwo Adewole one of the beneficiaries confirmed to news men that with the program Life has become manageable again as he is able to walk alone, eat very well, and see very well.
In thier remarks, the community head, Mr. Afolabi and the facilitator, SSA farm settlement to the Ekiti State Governor, Tope Adewole praised Sebi Foundation’s gesture and commitment to the welfare of the Oraye Ise-Ekiti people, describing the organization as a genuine representative of the masses.
