The Chairman, Joint Negotiating Council, Ekiti State, Comrade Femi Ajoloko has said that the award of Best Governor of the Year bestowed on Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji by the Daily Independent Newspaper is deserving and well merited.
Ajoloko in a statement made available to newsmen in Ado Ekiti, congratulated the Governor for the recognition which he said was a result of hard work, diligence and sincere service to humanity.
He also congratulated the wife of the Governor, Dr. Olayemi, the Deputy Governor of Ekiti State, Chief Monisade Afuye, the SSG, Dr. Habibat Adubiaro, the speaker, Right Hon. Steven Aribasoye and cabinet members for the various roles they played towards the achievements recorded by the Governor.
Ajoloko who is also the Chairman of Medical and Health Workers Union of Nigeria, Ekiti State Council and that of the Joint Health Sector Union, equally praised Ekiti workers for the proper implementation of government policies and programmes which according to him was part of criteria that earned the Governor the award.
He rejoiced with the Governor and prayed God to continue to grant him good health, wisdom, knowledge and understanding to record more success.
