Following the recent attack in Katsina that left 9 persons dead and several abducted, former Presidential Aide Bashir Ahmaad has said locals should double their vigilance and provide government information that will aid the arrest of the terrorists.
The former Aide made this known on his X account @BashirAhmaad.
He said, “The heinous attack in Danmusa Local Government Area of Katsina State should be condemned by all. Locals should double their efforts in being vigilant and supporting the governments at all levels with all relevant information on those heartless murderers.”
Elaborately, “Nine persons including a former local government caretaker Chairperson, Dauda Mai Iyali, were killed when terrorists attacked Danmusa, the headquarters of Danmusa Local Government in Katsina State on Sunday. The terrorists also abducted several people in an attack that began around 8:00 p.m. and lasted several hours, residents of the town claimed.” According to Premium Times.
