The Nigeria Society of Professional Tailors has presented an Award of Excellence to the Alahun of Ahun Ekiti, Efon Local Government, Oba Jacob Adelowo Omole 11, for his contributions to the association and community development.
Presenting the award to the traditional ruler, the State Chairman of the Nigeria Society of Professional Tailors, Prince Rotimi Adetuyi, explained that the honour was bestowed on Oba Jacob Adelowo after members of the association agreed to honour him for his support and contributions to the advancement of the tailoring profession.
The Chairman noted that the Alahun of Ahun Ekiti had surprised the association and its members in many ways, urging others to emulate his royal gesture.
Prince Adetuyi promised that the association would continue to support the royal father to achieve success and contribute to human development.
The Alahun of Ahun Ekiti, Oba Jacob Adelowo, appreciated the association for honouring him, saying it would spur him to do more.
