All is now set for a special lecture organized by the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, Zone B to mark the 30th World Freedom Day.
In statement, the NUJ Zone B Vice-President, Comrade Ronke Samo said the event with the theme “Freedom of Expression: A Driver for All Other Human Rights” would take place at NUJ press centre, Iyaganku, Ibadan, Oyo State.
She noted that the lecture would be delivered by a National Assembly member, Senator Dr. Kola Balogun.
Members of the public are enjoined to be a part of the celebration aimed at reigniting the ideals of press freedom as a driver for human rights.
