The State Administrative Committee of Pensioners Association of Nigeria (PAN), Ekiti State has lifted prayers for Governor of the state, Biodun Oyebanji as a result of peace and prosperity enjoyed in Ekiti.
During a special new month prayer session held on Monday at the State’s Headquarters, the association also prayed for strength and wisdom for Oyebanji as he seeks a second term in office.
During the prayer session, the association congratulated the Governor on his statewide endorsement and expressed gratitude for the regular and prompt payment of monthly pensions.
PAN Chairman, Comrade Joel Akinola, appreciated his commitment to liquidating the humongous gratuity inherited, but urged him to do more in paying off the outstanding gratuities, citing the plight of members who are dying without collecting their benefits.
