Oyebanji’s Goodwill Gave APC seamless Victory in Ekiti

In the result of the Presidential election, Tinubu scored a total of 201, 486 votes to emerge the winner in the state while Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of PDP garnered a total of 89, 554 and Peter Obi of Labour Party got,11,397 votes.

The people of the state were determined to vote against any candidate presented by the APC because of the hardship they suffered under it’s watch both in the state and national levels.

He said the arrival on the scene by Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji became a soothing balm of sort because he has turned out to be a governor that has listening ears.

According to Evang. Famoroti, Governor Oyebanji mixes with the people and knows where the shoe pinches which always makes him accede to their needs without delay.

Said he: “For a start, BAO has nearly completed the rehabilitation of the bad roads in the Ado Ekiti metropolis, and gave succour to retirees by paying some of the arrears owed them by previous government

“In fact, Ekiti State workers have never had it so good as under the administration of Governor Oyebanji as their salaries and entitlement are paid as at when due.

“His positive disposition to their welfare has endeared him to the people of the state, hence they decided to put their faith in BAO for the benefit of Tinubu”.

Famoroti stressed that from the popularity of BAO right now, derived from his good performance, if maintained, it will be an uphill task for any party to upstage the party in the state.
