Oyebanji to Inaugurate Five New High Court Judges in Ekiti on Monday

Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, will on Monday, February 23, 2026, swear in five newly appointed High Court judges, strengthening the state’s judiciary.

The swearing-in ceremony will take place at 10:00 a.m. at the Conference Hall of the Governor’s Office in Ado-Ekiti.

According to a statement issued on Thursday by the Special Adviser (Media) to the Governor, Olayinka Oyebode, invited guests are expected to be seated by 9:30 a.m. ahead of the ceremony.

The appointment of the five judges marks a significant development in the administration of justice in the state, as the new appointees are expected to strengthen the High Court bench and enhance judicial service delivery.

The event is expected to attract top government officials, members of the legal community, and other dignitaries across the state.
