The Alasa of Ilasa Ekiti, Oba Ajayi Oluwasesan Omolagba has commended Ekiti State Governor, Mr. Biodun Oyebanji for his giant strides and achievements recorded so far in office.
Oba Omolagba gave the commendation while speaking during the Annual General Meeting of Ilasa Development Union held in Ilasa-Ekiti.
The traditional ruler said since he ascended the throne of his forefathers about eight years ago, no Governor has performed like Mr Oyebanji.
The Alasa of Ilasa commended the Governor for giving local governments and Local Council Development Areas the needed support financially to embark on people-oriented projects.
Oba Omolagba lauded the Chairman of Ekiti South East LCDA, Ms. Alaba Anthonia-Omonusi for the construction of Council secretariat in Ilasa Ekiti and for being a good Ambassador of Mr Oyebanji’s administration.
In a remark, the President of Ilasa Development Union, Barrister Tajudeen Ahmed called on all sons and daughters of Ilasa Ekiti to support the present government in Ekiti State, while expressing confidence that the Governor would still perform excellently.
