…tasks PDP, LP to Withdraw Cases Challenging Tinubu’s Victory

Former Presidential Aspirant and Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress, APC Adamu Garba has congratulated Governor Ademola Adeleke regarding the Supreme Court affirmation of his victory on the Osun state governorship election stating that with recent judgment opposition should withdraw their cases challenging Bola Tinubu victory.
Garba stated this today via his verified Twitter handle @adamugarba adding that the People Democratic Party, PDP, and Labour Party, LP should save their money than pursue the case.
Recap, the Supreme Court of Nigeria, yesterday affirmed Governor Ademola Adeleke as the winner of the July 16, 2022, Osun State Gubernatorial Elections.
Meanwhile, the PDP and LP have filed a case at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT), Abuja seeking the nullification of the emergence of Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s victory in the 2023 Presidential election.
Hence, Garba said, “I congratulate, once again Governor Ademola Adeleke on his Supreme Court victory. With the outcome of this judgment, if I were to be PDP or LP or any other political party contesting Asiwaju’s victory in court, I would hasten my withdrawal from the case and save my money, because I have no case.”
