The Oore of Otun Ekiti, Oba Adekunle Adeagbo h ƙmmjƙkas distributed bags of rice to widows, heads of security agencies, members of the Christian Association of jmNigeria, CAN, and Muslim faithful in Otun Ekiti.
The gesture was part of activities to foster peace, unity and communal support in Moba Land.
Prayers were also offered for peace and development in Otun Ekiti, Moba Land, Ekiti State and Nigeria in general during the event.
Speaking at the distribution, the monarch said the outreach was aimed at supporting vulnerable groups and strengthening interfaith and community relations.
In attendance was the Chairman of Moba Local Government, Ekiti State alongside traditional chiefs, religious leaders and community stakeholders.
Beneficiaries commended Oba Adeagbo for the kind gesture, describing it as timely and a demonstration of purposeful leadership.
