The Nigeria Union of Journalists, BSES Chapel, has appreciated Governor Biodun Oyebanji for ensuring the connection of the BSES to the National grid to ensure unhindered transmission.
In a statement signed by its chairman, Mr Kelechi David and the Secretary, Mr Adedayo Adeleye, the Union said that the Oyebanji administration had recorded another achievement by ensuring that the dream of the station for the past 26 years came to pass.
The union also commended the General Manager of the station, Mr Olu Popoola and the management staff for their resilience in ensuring that the multi Million naira project came to fruition.
The Union, however, pleaded with the state government to overhaul the obsolete equipment in the station for improved service delivery.
