The Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) Ado-Ekiti Branch, will host its 3rd Engr. Dr. A.A. Esan Annual Public Lecture on Thursday, 2 July 2026.
The lecture, themed “Powering Tomorrow: Engineering the Zero-Waste Grid” will hold at 10:00 a.m. at the Ministry of Works, Ajilosun, Ado-Ekiti and hosted by the branch chairman, Engr. Tola Alawode.
The Distinguished Lecturer is Hon. Engr. Toyin Ojo, FNSE, Chairman, Ado Central LCDA.
Dignitaries expected at the event include the Royal Father of the Day, Oba David Oluwunmi, Olofinlade, the oloja of Owatedo Ekiti while Prof. S.B. Adeyemo, Immediate Past Vice-Chancellor, Elizade University, Ondo State, will serve as Father of the Day.
Engr. Prof. J.O. Aribisala, Vice-Chancellor, FUTES and BOT Chairman, NSE Ado-Ekiti Branch, is the Special Guest of Honour, while Engr. A.A. Rabiu, NSE President, will chair the occasion.
Other Guests of Honour include Engr. Dr. T.J. Alake, Rector, Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti; Engr. Dr. Olukayode Ibijola, Permanent Secretary, Ekiti State Ministry of Works; and Prof. Moses Oluwafemi Onibonoje, Provost, College of Engineering, ABUAD.
