Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers recognizes outstanding members

…wants government’s collaboration for technology advancement

There is always time to reward hardwork and outstanding performances, this came to reality as Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers NICE, conferred award of fellowship on 39 of its deserving members.

The awardees were selected based on their contributions and outstanding performances to the growth of the Institution and society at large.

Presenting the awards to the beneficiaries in Abuja, National Chairman of the association, Engr. Chukwudi Ezugu commended the awardees on their unrelent efforts to ensure that the Institution continue to wax stronger and be at the top.

Engr. Ezugu urged them not to relent on their contributions towards the development of engineering profession adding that they should use their experience to contribute to technology development in the country.

The NICE National Chairman urged the incoming administration to seek assistance of the institution to make the country meet up with the global trend.

Responding, two of the fellows, Engr. Emeloge Rugba and Engineer Magdalene Dimesi appreciated the Nigeria Institution of Civil Engineers for counting them worthy of the award with a promise to continue contributing to the development of the institution and engineering profession.
