Following the National Assembly’s declaration that the recently launched Nigeria-Air is a fraud, the Ex Digital Media Aid to Former President Mohammadu Buhari, Bashir Ahmad, has insisted it is not a fraud.
He said that the Aviation Ministry has made a significant progress towards its realisation.
The former Presidential aid said this today on his Twitter handle, @BashirAhmaad.
According to him, all requirements for the air are signed and certified with offices ready.
In his words, “Nigeria Air is not a fraud, the Aviation Ministry has made a significant progress towards its realisation. Branding unveiled, partnerships and agreements signed, most of the operational certificates issued, and operational offices opened. Nigeria Air will fly to make Nigeria proud.”
Meanwhile, Roundoffnews gathered that the Chairman of the House Committee on Aviation, Nnolim Nnaji, recently declared the launch of Nigeria Air a fraud after stakeholders in the deal between the Federal Government and Ethiopian Airlines denied knowledge of the launch.
