… promises easy access to educational documents by members
As Nigerians all over the world today celebrate the 63rd anniversary of Independence Day in Nigeria, Osun state Polytechnic Iree Alumni Association (OSPAA) has called on its members across the globe to remain fervent in prayers and embrace peace at all times.
The President of the Association Nationwide, Alh Yakub Akeem Adebayo stated this in his Independence Day message to all Members of Ospolyiree Alumni.
Speaking through the press release issued by the National Publicity Secretary of Osun State Polytechnic Iree Alumni Association, Adekunle Sikiru (Abacus), the president congratulated Nigerians on the 63rd Independence Day celebration.
The Association also congratulated Osun state governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke and Management of Osun State Polytechnic iree on the Nigeria’s anniversary, adding that, it is a collective responsibility for all Nigerians at home and diaspora to be good ambassadors of the country .
The president added that, there can not be progress and achievements in an atmosphere of rancor and disunity, thereby admonishing all Nigerians particularly all graduates of osun State Polytechnic Iree since 1992 of its establishment to be prayerful and eschew violence talks that may result to chaos or state of anarchy in this country.
The president also expressed conviction that if Nigerians can remain fervent in prayers instead of unnecessary celebration of independence anniversary, various issues of unemployment, insecurity, poverty, political crises, kidnapping and greediness among politicians will be systematically reduced to a minimal level.
The Ospoly Alumni President used the opportunity to assure members of the association that, efforts are on top gear to facilitate more cordial cooperation with management of Osun State Polytechnic Iree to bring more succor to members while processing their transcript and certificate without unnecessary delay.
