…urges them to spend break with loved ones
The National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives, Ekiti State, has rejoiced with Muslims in the state particularly Nurses for the celebration of this year’s Eid-El-Kabir with a prayer to Allah to preserve their lives to witness many more on earth.
The goodwill messaging the Association is contained in a statement jointly signed by
the chairman of the Association, Mr. Oladimeji Samuel- Adegbuyi the Secretary, Miss. Olabisi Ayenioye and the PRO Mrs. Odunayo Olufunmilayo, the nurses affirmed that the elevation of the Midwives Ambassador in Ekiti State was well deserved.
According to the statement, Eid-El-Kabir is a significant season with great lessons to both the leaders and followers in which the nursing profession is not an exception.
The Nurses Executives appealed to Muslim members to use the sallah break to relax and spend time with their loved ones so as to resume with a refreshed and with more energy.
The statement reads:” Today, we celebrate and pay tribute to our Muslim brothers and Sisters in the nursing profession as they mark Eid-El-Kabir.
“Our prayers are with them as we pray Allah to grant them the blessings of the season and give them the grace to celebrate many more of Eid-El-Kabir season on earth.
“As Nurses, our job requires sacrifice as exemplified by Prophet Isah, this we must continue to do without ceasing irrespective of the situation we found ourself.
“We the executives wish you happy Eid-El-Kabir celebration.
