Moses Olapade, a former boxer, has been arrested for allegedly beating his wife Atinuke into a coma in Ondo.
The 56 years old man was detained over the weekend by a team of armed police officers in Akure after repeatedly “punching” his wife over a minor issue.
According to information obtained by roundoff news media, the event took place at No. 9 Odamo Street in the Oke Aro Community of Akure, the capital of Ondo State.
The miscommunication began when the wife changed channel of a football match the husband was watching to Africa magic. With anger the Husband knocked out his partner Tinuke.
