The Kano Matchmaking Marriage Association, popularly known as Mai Dalilin Aure, has offered four wives to the 22-year-old tricycle rider who returned N15 million forgotten in his keke.
Auwalu Salisu had found N15 million, including CFA currency, inside his tricycle and returned it to its owner, a man from the Republic of Chad.
Chairman of the association, Alhaji Mukhtar Inuwa Yakasai, disclosed the offer in an interview with Freedom Radio, Kano.
Yakasai said the association has presented 10 women for Salisu to choose four from, adding that two of the women are his own daughters.
According to him, the young man’s display of honesty, integrity and trustworthiness qualified him for the honour.
“He is indeed trustworthy. That is why we have decided to honour him with these gifts,” Yakasai said.
“There are 10 women for him to select from. Two of them are my daughters.”
