…urges Ekiti residents to reelect Oyebanji
A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Hon. Bimbo Daramola, popularly known as Congressman, has affirmed that the multiple awards bestowed on Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, did not come to him as a surprise but an expectation.
Daramola, who spoke with journalists over the weekend, said he would have been disappointed if the Governor was not honoured, considering what he described as purposeful leadership, diligence in service, administration of authority with compassion, selfless service delivery, and introduction of strategic economic development.
Daramola, who represented Oye/Ikole at the National Assembly, affirmed that Governor Oyebanji has made tremendous impacts beyond the expectations of right-thinking people who understand what governance is all about.

He congratulated the Governor and urged him to see the various honours as the true reflection of the public perception of his government, rather than pockets of sponsored blackmail by enemies of good governance.
Daramola explained that Governor Biodun Oyebanji is not a noise-maker but a silent achiever who chooses to do his best sincerely without unnecessary show-off and propaganda.
He called on the people of the state to support the return of the governor to power for a second term, so as to continue to witness more dividends of good governance that would make Ekiti a pride of place.
