The Labour Party Presidential Candidate, Peter Obi has called on people of Ekiti State to vote for him during the next month’s election if they truly desire a positive change in Nigeria.
Obi who spoke in Ado Ekiti when his campaign team storm the city said he remains the best out of all the candidates for the number job of the country with a promise to secure a d unite the country.
According to him, the task of transformation Nigeria from it’s current state is not the job for just any how person but a personality like him who understands the economy and dynamism of good governance.
The LP candidate expressed displeasure over the current state of insecurity in the country adding that the present government of APC have shown that the lacked the capacity to make Nigeria better
He noted that the forthcoming election should be cast without bias and sentiment but out of genuine passion to take Nigeria out of the terrible state of poor economy, insecurity and banditary that the APC had plunged it.
Obi urged peoeple of the state not to be deceived by any gratification either now or during election days.
The rally which took place at the Ekiti Parapo Pavilion was well attended by residents, party faithful and supporters of the candidate.
