The legislative arm of Ijero Local Council have endorsed Hon. Abobade Olugbenga for another tenure as Chairman of Irede Local Council Development Area, LCDA, in Ipoti-Ekiti.
The councillors endorsed the council chair during an official visit at the LCDA secretariat while inspecting some projects in the area.
The leader of the House, Hon. Osunyomi Idowu from Ward A Ipoti, who led other legislators to endorse the chairman, equally passed a vote of confidence on his administration.
According to them, the endorsement was based on his stellar performance, qualities and numerous achievements since inception of his administration.
While commending him for the developmental projects in the LCDA, they seized the opportunity to thank Governor Biodun Oyebanji for giving them free hands to operate without interference from the executive.
On his part, Hon. Olugbenga reiterated his commitment towards embarking on more projects that would have direct impact on the people.
