The International Institute of Journalism, IIJ, Ado-Ekiti Campus, has revealed its set date for the 2022/2023 Matriculation ceremony and has billed its first session examination days after the ceremony.
The Ekiti State Coordinator of the institutions, Mr. Dare Daniels revealed this recently during an interaction with Roundoffnews in the Campus following his address to the students.
This is coming after the institution’s Academic Board met two days in regards to the institution’s academic calendar.
According to the Coordinator, the reviewed date for the matriculation and examination has been fixed for the 20th and 22nd of June respectively, to enable students and management plan and prepare adequately.
He said, “In line with the consensus met with the Stakeholders today, the official date for the 2022/23 matriculation has been fixed for the 20th of June, while the examination would hold two days after that, which is on the 22nd of the same month. Students are hereby advised to comply with all the institution’s rules to foster effective actualisation of their goals.”
Speaking on the institution’s stance for students in the forthcoming examination, Mr. Dare revealed that only students that have fulfilled their core obligations to the school would be allowed to sit for the exams.
