A Farmer, Kayode Ajide has been allegedly attacked by some Fulani Herdsmen in Iro, Moba Local Government Area of Ekiti State.
The farmer who narrowly escaped death after multiple machete cuts explained that he was on his farm to set some refuse on fire when the incident happened.

According to him, he met the herders who have persistently destroyed their farm and queried them.
He said three of the herders brought out cutlasses and began to attack him.
Ajide confirmed that the herders who are from Iran have continued to destroy their farms and attack them with impunity without any intervention to save them.
He called on the government to save their souls
