Plans are in top gear to start the Hon. Akomolafe Henrich football competition later this month in three local government covering the Ekiti South federal constituency one.
According to the sponsor, Engr. Akomolafe Henrich Bankole, the football competition will be tagged “Atunko Unity Cup” and will be played in Ikere, Ekiti South West and Ise Orun local government areas.
He further revealed that the competition will be played from November to January next year so as to keep youth busy during the yuletide and also to scout talents.
Engr. Akomolafe Henrich Bankole is the founder of Henrich Football Club in Ikere Ekiti, the club plays in the state league – Bet9ja Ekiti Football League.
