A middle aged man has been allegedly shot dead this morning by unknown gunmen around Okesa Roundabout, Ado Ekiti.
The man who is one those issuing tickets to commercial motorcyclists around Okesa roundabout was said to have been fired by the unknown men who came on another motorcycle.
Witnesses told our correspondent that the killers ran away after perpetrating the evil act.
When contacted on telephone, Chairman Okada Riders Association, Ekiti State, Mr Kunle Asaolu confirmed that the man was one of those working with the association.
The attack was also confirmed by the spokesperson for Ekiti State Police Command, DSP Sunday Abutu who said investigation has commenced.
The copse has been deposited at the Ekiti State Teaching hospital morgue.
