…seeks continued support for BAO
The Secretary to the Government of Ekiti State, Dr. Habbibat Adubiaro has again reassured workers and pensioners in the state that the government of Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji will leave no stone unturned in the quest to make life better for them.
Dr. Adubiaro in a statement in Ado Ekiti, noted that the Governor hold Ekiti workers and pensioners in high esteem because of their invaluable contributions to the development of Ekiti State, hence he would not hesitate to do everything within his power to put smile on their faces.
She noted that the love of Governor Oyebanji for workers and pensioners necessitated the recent approval of payment of their outstanding salaries and pension arrears, increment in monthly gratuity to state and local government pensioners, increment of subvention to tertiary institutions across the state among others.
She noted that government was willing to do more as the resources improves.
Dr. Adubiaro however pleaded with workers to show more understanding and cooperate with the Governor so as to be able to deliver more on his electioneering promises to them and Ekiti People at large.
She also sought for regular prayers for the Governor, saying the task of governance goes beyond physical ability, expertise and experience but also requires divine assistance from the most High.
