Finland joins NATO, as Russia set to deploy Nuclear Weapons

As Finland officially joined military alliance with North Atlantic Treaty Organization also called the North Atlantic Alliance, NATO on Tuesday, Russia is set to deploy more nuclear weapons in the Arctic after Finland.

You will recall that Russia has continued to wage war on Ukraine following Ukraine’s alliances with the US led NATO.

Russian President, Vladimir Putin in his speech on the ongoing Ukraine war has continued to restate the threat of NATO to Russian, and with recent Finland – NATO alliance Putin plans to repeat Ukraine scene in Finland.

Putin said he plans to station tactical nuclear weapons in the neighbouring country, Finland, while Russia’s defence chief Sergei Shoigu has said on Tuesday that Belarusian warplanes had been upgraded to channel Russian nuclear warheads.

Analysts have that the Russian leader will view Finland’s NATO alliance as a threat to it boundaries, especially where Russian military bases host the world’s largest concentration of nuclear weapons.
