EKSUTH NURSES CELEBRATE DR OLABANJI OVER REAPPOINTMENT AS CMD

…demand improved welfare packages

The National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives, EKSUTH Chapter, has rejoiced with Dr Kayode Olabanji over his reappointment as the Chief Medical Director of the Ekiti State University Teaching Hospital, Ado Ekiti.

This is contained in a statement by the Chairperson of the association, Comrade Comfort Monde.

Comrade Monde noted that nurses in the hospital received the news of the reappointment of the CMD with great joy considering his character, leadership skills and staff welfarism packages.

According to Comrade Monde, the reappointment will enable the CMD to consolidate on his past achievements.

She explained that during the first term of the CMD he showed love and empathy to all workers and did his best to ensure conducive working environment.

The chairperson of nurses prayed God to grant the CMD the wisdom, knowledge and understanding to do that which is right towards taking the hospital to an enviable height.

Comrade Monde promised the readiness of nurses in the hospital to give the CMD the needed cooperation but urged him to look into some of the challenges facing nurses.
