The mother of the Ekiti State Correspondent of Thisday Newspapers, Chief (Mrs) Rachael Oja Omogbemile Ogunje, has passed on.
This was confirmed by her son, Victor Olakiitan Ogunje in a statement in Ado Ekiti.
The deceased, a respectable community leader, was aged 94.
Mrs Ogunje died on Tuesday at her residence at Ijan Ekiti , Gbonyin Local Government Area of Ekiti State.
Burial arrangements will be announced later.
